Elph Ceramics started as a Elph Store in Paddington in 2016 and since then we have transitioned to a regional e-commerce business. It's been a pretty big journey and we often ask ourselves, "how did we end up here?"

We were fortunate to be able to answer this question when we were invited to share our story with the new podcast Female Voices in E-commerce. Hosted by the very talented Chana from The Shopify Women's Network and Owl & Monk, we talk about our story and our plans for the future.
